Hi! I’m Lance, Owner & Operator of Anew Wash Systems, LLC.

I started out in the home services business at age 10. With the help of my father who purchased new equipment, I began pulling a cart loaded up with a lawn mower, brooms & edgers with my bicycle, doing the lawns of neighbors & family friends.  In the decades since, my love for property exteriors & outdoor labor remains.

I started Anew Wash Systems as a continuation of the enjoyment I get from improving the exteriors of properties, and to fill a need in my hometown of Huntington. The climate & rainy weather in West Virginia really takes its toll on the exterior appearance of properties. I saw an opportunity to beautify my hometown, one drive & walkway at a time.  Pressure washing provides great results & the work itself is so satisfying!

When I’m not cleaning properties, I occupy my time with my pets, watching baseball, reading, working on my own home and participating in Church services & activities.
